We should have won 4-1. The new coach is really good.

I know we're not best friends, but I gotta say respect. Winning away against Iran under such conditions takes alot.

    مبروك للسعودية

SAUDI ARABIA BACK WITH A VENGEANCE!

I missed the game! I came back from university all tired and shit and fell asleep I wake up and I'm like "we probably lost" and flipped onto Saudi Sport channel. Yussef Khamis was talking about subsitutions or something so I didn't think we won but then I heard in the background "او يا سعودي" After that I knew we had won. :D

    Suikoden.....the videogame?

Well, I predicted a draw here somewhere on the forum. But today, I had this distinct feeling in my gut, saying we were going to loose this game :(.
The nightmare scenario for iran came true. North korea winning its match, and us losing to Saudi arabia at home.
Direct qualification is of course over. The playoff-spot will also be very hard. If they wanna reach third spot they MUST beat both north korea (away) and UAE (home). I think the best Iran can manage is 4 points from those two games.

So to sum up: I don't think Iran will make the WC :( :(
well congrats saudi. Now if you excuse me, i'm gonna get drunk somewhere.
    peace

What? You're not going to practice Islam again like persianfootball?
Just playing with you buddy, I think if Iran manages to win it's games against North Korea and UAE it should be able to clinch 3rd.

Hell, Saudi Arabia is only 1 point ahead of Iran now if we slip you have a chance to bypass us it's still an open group.

    link does not work..

You know suikoden? WTF..even burning know..who would have thought that a mediocre selling jrpg would be known by two Saudi's.

Anyways, i still feel stupid for not being able to watch the goals..shit i should have had patience.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure Iran are still in contention, and we could still throw it away, but at least now if we don't qualify we'll still have some pride intact. :D

how would you possibly know how we feel? you always get results whether you play like guam or barcelona. goals are the only thing that matter and somehow you always advance. just please dont embarrass asia again.

How did Nami win Man of the Match? I was informed the Iranian goal came from his end?

I haven't played Suikoden because when the first and second ones came out I wasn't into RPGs and the ones on PS2 I missed because I got a PS2 very late (I'm a Nintendo fanboy) so I had other awesome games to check out.

One of my fellow writers at a website called Diehard GameFAN still maintains that Suikoden II is one of the best JRPGs of all time.

Wait a minute? How the ******** did Suikoden get into this converstation.
