Agreed; he's the closest player to a Pirlo or Xabi Alonso.

who’s gonna carry Kroos’ water in defense responsibilities? Won’t be Kimmich.

They were shit with him on the team before he left. The relatively clever people in the media have floated around the idea that he returned because the team is playing at home and it might be the last opportunity for his family to see him play live in Germany.

In general it's suspected that it's got reasons outside of the football why he came back.

Who cares, could be anyone as long as he provides solutions for the team as a whole and helps the team to win like he does with us the only one bothering about others running for him will be….. you

Hans Müller: "Kroos is a great player, otherwise he wouldn't still be playing for Real Madrid, but if it doesn't work out with him either, he is the biggest loser in this."

Lothar Matthäus: "He should be a starter and a leader of the team and the extended arm of the coach. He knows he was poor in the last few tournaments for Germany, so that's additional motivation for him to make things right."

For Kroos to provide “solutions” someone has to pick up his lack of defensive work. If no one does it’s not really a positive one then is it? We will see in the tournament how the NT does.

And someone will, what’s the problem again?, if you watch and you see what’s needed what makes you think the coach of the national team who asked him back won’t know what’s required?

So he's totally selfless and only returned because Nagelsmann asked him to?

Can’t recall saying that, I have no idea, I am in the camp of not liking the idea, however, my response was to the query about who will “run” for him in the national team, if us fans can see that others work hard to cover for him so that he can play to his optimum and it’s worked for us, surely the coach of the national team who asked him back ( that’s what I’ve read) can see that too and has an idea of how he wants to use him,

Worrying about who will run for him in the national team seems pointless in that context, unless it was just to point out that Toni doesn’t run as much as or as fast as others, which IMO we all know already so is equally pointless

That makes any and every football discussion pointless.

He's back with the majority of the old team that he couldn't succeed with, there's merit in wondering why this would be a successful endeavor.

Germany has Joshua Kimmih and Gortezka, they can cover plenty for Toni.

Toni himself puts in a shift as well. I think thats a fine midfield for Germany.

Kroos is launching a Youtuber/Streamer/influencer league in Germany called Icon League this summer.

Even our most respected players like Kroos have grown from insinuating there is a problem to throwing tantrums on the pitch and calling out the officiating after the match.

    It's clear as day

Lol Kroos has just been watching too much RMTV. It's warping his mind!

The clubs will come together and have the government ban the channel.

Irony is they can't come together and reject the CVC because they're all just as lazy as Tebas and looking for any quick handout they can get.
