Played 90 in a 3-1 win yesterday. NicolasN. alerted me also that NTH may get a chance to play vs L1 competition again as Lekhwiya has a friendly vs PSG Jan 2nd. http://www.lekhwiyaclub.qa/site/news/1076-2012-12-05-10-52-16
I think Sock had said he had something written into his contract that he'd be around to the summer but yes.
i think you guys are being a bit harsh on the Middle Eastern leagues. sure they're heavily funded by rich oil money but i think young kids like YBS and NTH can learn a few things from playing with or against UEFA veterans in the ME.
Not exactly related as the $ seems much bigger than NTH's deal but an interesting article if there are any similarities, between the European exit clause and possibly promises of PSG attention. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18702886
How is he doing? Had it on DVR at home to watch perhaps during a workout or something and was planning to watch a liveblog of some sort but it appears the writers at le Parisien called it a day and headed home at halftime EDIT: At least the blog is back up. EDIT2: 1-5. "La défense est inexistante". I don't think you need google translate for that one.
i didnt watch much but he looked tidy on the ball. didnt have much defensive duties and was deployed at CAM and sometimes drifted left.
Flipped to the replay too late to bother really watching but listening to the announcer try to pronounce nths name as he was subbed off was
The 31 -year-old centre-back joined Ulsan Hyundai in 2011 and played 73 games for the East Coast club, scoring 12 goals and captaining the side in their 2012 Asia Champions League victory campaign. After lifting the Champions League trophy, he decided to move on and start a new challenge. Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli SC (Jeddah), UAE side Al-Wahda S.C.C., Chinese side Shandong Luneng Taishan F.C., a Turkish club and an Austrian club all expressed interest but it was the current Saudi Arabian champions Al Shabab that snatched Kwak Tae-Hwi. Kwak Tae-Hwi eventually joined Al Shabab on a 18-months contract with transfer fee of approximately US$ 2 million. Meanwhile, Kwak Tae-Hwi expressed desire to return to Ulsan after his contract with Al Shabab ends, stating that he wants to retire at Ulsan. http://footballkorea.wordpress.com/
