If true, man what a wasted opportunity to go to PSV or Ajax....

This has Korean agent greed written all over it and they used the whole Stoke bidding 4 times as a justification to send him to the championship purgatory.

    Good luck to the kid....

On the other hand, I half-change my mind. Don't think this was about money, but more so that Stoke was willing to give him a chance to play more minutes than the other clubs, according to other sources.

Still interesting to see the list of clubs though. Arsenal rumors were true, but screw them ofc. ;)
The rest of them are meh besides PSV and Ajax, which would have been my preferred destinations for him.

That's quite a list of pedigreed teams. I wonder if a fan tweeting a wish for his/her team to look at Bae counted as him receiving "interest."

I mean this is according to BJH's agent apparently.

Still, it was good to see that he started immediately from the bench and didn't go to the reserves like Kim Ji-Soo did with Brentford's B-Team.

Feeling optimistic for him, albeit with bit more caution since this is the championship with the physicality potentially being an issue.

Agents, you can't believe half the things they claim. I could buy the interest from Atletico because Bae showed well against them in the K-League All-Stars match. But Tottenham? Arsenal? Really?

The good news is Stoke City had ambitions this transfer season which resulted in other good signings. Hopefully they will return to Premier League next season with Bae playing his part.
