does anybody have any korean soccer games or goal clips? any links will be appreciated. windows media player preferred.
There was a thread kicking about with things like these, I think? Anyway, probably good to start a new one with up-to-date links... Suwon History - highlights and clips from Suwon's championship and trophy victories since their creation in 1996. http://www.fcbluewings.com/fcsamsungver2004/multimedia/movie/movie_files/1084267066.wmv Suwon 2003 - a collection of goals from their 2003 season. http://www.fcbluewings.com/fcsamsungver2004/multimedia/movie/movie_files/1084267149.wmv
Thanks a lot of fun Nr 14, is that Seo Jung-won ? he was ********ing great, is he still this good ? And the same with Ko Jong-so , doesnt he play for the national team any more ?
Seo's getting on a bit now, he's 33 and the oldest member of the squad. He's recently taken up a player/coach role with Suwon, but still gets a game every now and then. A fantastic player in his day, and can still turn it on even now. Ko Jong-soo however... he's not in the national squad, and he's been limited to just four substitute appearances this season. He left for Japan in February last year but it didn't work out for him so he's returned to Suwon earlier this year. He's got some flashy touches, but he looks rather work-shy at times - he reminds me of a Korean Eoin Jess (for those of you who know your Scottish football ), bags of potential, bags of talent but lacking in the dedication to fulfill it.
I see, thank you for the info, to bad he´s 33 already would be great to have a player like that in the national team. And for Ko Jong-soo, i heard he went to Japan and didnt make sucess, i can feel that thing, you cant fullfill your talent when its a match or something like that, i´m like that to, haha
Wright left Aberdeen in 1995 to join Rangers for about 1,000,000 pounds. He was at Rangers for a couple of years where as is the case with almost every footballer who goes there he developed a nasty recurring injury, and left to join Bradford City. He was at Dundee United a couple of years ago, but I think he now works for Rangers as a youth academy coach. He was another one who just never really made it - one of those young Scottish players who went to Ibrox for the money and saw his career fizzle out. Shame, really...
Back on the multimedia theme... did you ever wonder how Busan I'cons learned their silky skills? Fancy being as good as Do Hwa-sung or Gaucho someday? ive been hearing of the goal by Ahn Jung Hwan recently n J-league I heard it was a sweet goal from like 30 -35 yards? ive been lookin for it on like daum but it doesnt have it does anyone have it or a link to it?
http://myhome.naver.com/santatown/etc/ahn-yokohama.asx that was ahn's 7th goal of the season in yokohama.. thats also the goal that put yokohama as the champions for the first half of the season.. yokohama won 1-0, and if it wasnt for ahn, they wouldnt have won the first half of the season because jubilo also won..
Thanks a lot man, so this wasn't at all 30-35 yards still a good goal from Ahn, patiently struck man look at them fans! its PACKED, Japanese soccer is surely growing fast, and so is their National Team, Korea better not get behind, only if K-League had fans as devoted, and the Korean national team better grow too.
