Its going to be at Seoul. After dissapointing losses in the Asian Cup Qualifiers Ahn Jung Hwan, Cha Duri, Lee Young-Pyo, Song Chong Guk, and Seol Ki Hyun will will be there 11.18.2003 - SEOUL Korea Republic - Bulgaria I dont know if it will be on some Korean Channel or something
Seoul - AFTER a dismal run in the Asian Cup qualifying and with their array of stars back in the squad for the Bulgaria friendly to be played on November 18, Korea coach Humberto Coelho will now rely on the nation's trademark power game to get past the East Europeans. The Korea Football Association confirmed last week their eight foreign-based players will be making a return to the team, with stars such as Song Chong-gug, Ahn Jung-hwan and Lee Chun-soo giving the team a more familiar look as opposed to the one that competed during qualifying. Anderlect’s Seol Ki-hyeon is the only player based outside the K-League who will not be returning as he is currently nursing a knee injury. A second-string Korean side fell to back-to-back defeats against Vietnam and then Oman, the country that finished fourth at last year's World Cup Finals eventually taking a surprising second place in Group E. Fully expecting a physical wrath from the visiting Bulgarian side, Coelho is going to counter that clear European strength with an equally competitive physical style. "Bulgarian players are physically strong and we need defenders with similar frames to contain them," said Coelho. "I have kept an eye on Kim Hyun-soo and Lee Sang-hun. I believe they will live up to my expectations." Goalkeepers: Lee Woon-jae (Suwon Blue Wings), Kim Yong-dae (Busan I’cons). Defenders: Yoo Sang-chul (Yokohama F Marinos), Kim Hyun-soo (Songnam Chunma), Park Jae-hong (Chonbuk Motors), Park Yo-seb and Lee Sang-hun (Anyang Cheetahs). Midfielders: Lee Eul-yong (Anyang Cheetahs), Lee Young-pyo and Park Ji-sung (PSV Eindhoven), Kim Nam-il (Chunnam Dragons), Song Chong-gug (Feyenoord), Hyun Young-min (Ulsan Tigers), Lee Kwan-woo (Daejeon Citizen) and Chun Jae-ho (Songnam Chunma). Forwards: Choi Yong-soo (JEF United Ichihara), Ahn Jung-hwan (Shimizu S-Pulse), Kim Do-hoon and Kim Dae-eui (Seongnam Chunma), Cha Doo-ri (Eintracht Frankfurt), Lee Chun-soo (Real Sociedad) and Chung Kyung-ho (Ulsan Tigers). Uh oh... Choi Yong-soo's been named. If he makes the XI lineup, we're going to lose. Also keep in mind that 5 regulars in the Bulgarian squad are not going to make it, so it won't be a full Bulgarian side either. We have to start putting on some good displays and get some good results. But if there is a time for a bit of a football crisis, now's the time to have one.
Couldn't agree more. Better now than later. As for Bulgaria, they're a strong side and losing to them at home would suck berry berry much. It's just a major bummer they're not bringing a full strength side.
I think it was more to do with injury than anything else. Bulgaria has been improving like mad lately, so it should be a good test
01:55 AM (U.S. Pacific Time) on SBS and SBS Sports. If you have the satellite, you can watch it on KiSB.

Re: Anyone know what channel in So Cal? Either KTAN or KTE will probably have the match. 18 is more likely I think. I really hope they do. Don't want to watch it on the computer.
If I remember correctly, KTE airs KBS programs and KTAN airs MBC programs. Since the game will be televised on SBS, neither channels gonna televise.
yeah my stream is sucking too. thus my request for play by play. 6th minute. I just saw Jongguk Song make a nice run to the end line on the right and win a corner which got headed out. Dohoon Kim then got a close chance from Junghwan Ahn's pass...
10th minute Korea making some nice passes. Yungpyo Lee making some witty moves as usual to get it in the box then Jisung Park gives it away.
around 17th minute... Jisung Park got a long through ball and finds himself virtually alone near the edge of the box and almost scores...
Goal for Bulgaria at 20th minute Scorer is number 16 Manchev (?) who broke through Korea's three back defense after getting a long pass. Jisung Park gets another goal chance right afterwards.
Korea takes a free kick and Bulgaria counter-attacks. Number 16 gets fouled by Sangchul Yoo. Free kick for Bulgaria
