Re: EAFF Squad named Baek Ji Hoon?? i am bit surprised by that I would like to see Lee Chun Soo in action, its been a while
yesssss...althought im not quite sure its merited....im pleased with baek ji hoon being selected. i really like the guy...charismatic and is a promising young players...seeing as how the midfield looks a bit sparse....he might see some playing time. not too thrilled about Cho jae jin being left off ....why doesnt this guy get a chance?? surely hes more deserving at this point that lee chun soo...who hasnt really shown much of anything. hoping to see big things out of kim jin yong, also.
It seems Cho JJ was overlooked because of Lee DG, being viewed as a similar type of player. Lee CS on the other hand is a little doubtful, but maybe th coaching staff are hoping to accelerate his return by including him in the squad. Btw, the final squad is comprised of 23 players, so 2 of the above mentioned names will be cut depending on the availability of J-league based players.
Unfortunate to see that Kim Eun-jung was left out(again) Despite being overshadowed by the performance of Park Chu-young, this guy has been excellent all year for FC Seoul. He can score but he knows how to create space for his attacking partners, which is obvious if you look at the number of assists he has.
good pick-ups - Oh Bum-seok - Choi Tae-uk - Hong Soon-hak bad decisions - not picking Cho Jae-jin - not picking Kim Eun-joong (seriously, how come no one's showing love for this guy?) - not picking Lee Eul-yong - not picking Lee Kwan-woo - leaving out Captain Yoo - picking Lee Chun-soo although I'm happy that they still care about him line up I would like to see : first team -------------------------Lee WJ------------------------- ---Oh Bum-seok------Yoo Kyung-youl------Kim Han-yun--- -Park Kyu-sun--Kim Doo-hyun--Kim Jung-woo--Kim Dong-jin ---Park Chu-young----Lee Dong-gook---Chung Kyung-ho--- second team -------------------------Kim YK--------------------------- ---Kim Young-chul-----Kim Jin-kyu--------Kwak Hee-ju----- -Hong Soon-hak--Kim Sang-sik--Baek Ji-hoon--Yang Sang-min- ---Choi Tae-uk-------Kim Jin-yong--------Lee Chun-soo---
cho jae jin should've been in. where is park byung gu our 23 year old defender? I thought we were hyped up bout him a month ago. Also Lee kwan woo, cho yong hyung?
It's some East asia football thing. Only teams from east asia compete in this. Altough I remmeber the last eaff when Eul yong Ta knocked that Chinese dude on his a**. Man that was some good stuff
damn maybe we should start putting first names on the back of the jerseys like the korea women's team. impossible to distinguish with so many kims and lees and parks. its kinda getting annoying. kinda like brazilians although they do it cos they have about 23 names
bringing in lee jung soo of incheon was a great move by boner....has anyone seen him play?? he is a strong, tough defender and that is what our nt needs right...a defender who will challenge opponenets forwards hard and rough and show them our defence wont be easy to break...look at wc 02 hong, choi, and kim played hard rough defence and warned the opposing forwards not to fvck with us....if lee jung soo does well in eaff he should be given a spot in our nt....
same goes for Ahn Jung Hwan, he hasnt done much in NT lately, even tho with his injury, he hasnt been doing so well... Cho Jae Jin before he joined J-league... didnt produce much... he has good jumping ability to head in the ball but his foot skills still lack in my opinion
he might not be a fancy technician but boy can shoot. and if guys like Kim Jin-yong are being picked up, I don't see why Cho Jae-jin can't be given an opportunity to play against teams like North Korea.
Kim Eun-jung really should've gotten picked over Kim Jin-yong. to be honest, I don't think Park Chu-young would've put up the same numbers he put up in K-League if it wasn't for Kim.
Totally agree with you. Kim EJ has been the creating all the space for Park to roam and these days with all the defenders focusing on Park, he's scored a batch of goals himself
yup. he's probably the most unselfish player in the league right now. what's makes him even better this season is that he is able to get his own numbers while being unselfish.
kim eun jung has been on the back burner for the knt for a while, but merits at least look for the nt. cho jae jin does as well. at least this is nice, having a discussion on which forwards we should promote to the knt. there are options, unlike a few years ago when it would have been the usual suspects all the time. there's young promise out there. i'm hoping we're starting something.
