    I thought we had a friendly with this. KJC has the skill set but not sure about the mindset.

    Well, you've got to remember that Koo Ja-Cheol was out with an injury since the Asian Cup in January, and recently finished his mandatory basic training in June. Not to mention that Yong-Jae at the moment is only being tested out, so now that Koo is back in training, I am certain he'll be back for next month's WCQ's vs Laos and Lebanon.

    It does also say that they're still open to signing a CF on the market, which they should given the lack of credible options. Sure, you can hack together a lineup with Koo/Malli/Muto moonlighting at the position but it seems highly improbable that Schmidt would count on that to carry them through the season...

    Funny. Neither of those descriptives enter my mind when I think of Koo. Ankle-biter is more like it.
