His job is more assisting than scoring. Will he assist again? Sure, if he plays enough, which may or may not happen. Guy has great individual technique but he needs to improve in his vision of the game. His ball control is only behind Reyna and Pulisic, and comparable to Dest if not better. But it's a team game, so who knows where he'll end up.
early physical developer? he'll have to put in a whole lot more & maybe different work to end up where everyone hoped he would. his early advantages of quickness and speed have disappeared as his physical development has plateaued. skill without as much size/speed/quickness plusses as you had in your udays really lowers your ceiling, and slaps many in the face. now you have to train a whole lot differently just to keep progressing with your cohort.
Ladezman is a little guy, yet some fans are high on him. DeLa Torre is another small dude that is trying to have a consistent game. I don't think DLF problem is so much physical but is with smartness, He needs to stop telegraphing his moves, then he will have an advantage against defenders.
Actually very positive performance! I've been critical of him, but he looked really good. Even took the proper move to space and shot as the 2nd highlight- but my goodness son, shoot that with your instep! He needs to work on the that. But keep shooting. Otherwise, he definitely deserves credit for the 1st assist. His corners looked terrific. His workrate (closing defender quickly) led to turnover and 2nd goal. He looked very solid in the dribble and defense and setting up his teammates. The competition was not that great, but certainly a step in the right direction. Just shoot the ball more when you first get the ball please.
lol this absolutely not the case. He looked bad at times because he was playing up age groups as a youth. He lacks end product because he played too much youth ball where he maximized what he was great at and remained stagnant in other aspects. I started expecting product at the start of next season.
Can we recognize that Konrad is still 21 and this is his first season playing consistent top flight ball? The main issue may be that he's just 24 games into his adult career and still adjusting to the speed of play.
And he scores on the final play of the game! High line 30 yards out, Under splits the defenders with a ball that Konrad can run onto, first touch shot past the onrushing keeper inside the far post with his left. Composed, excellent shot, to clinch the 5-goal win on aggregate.

Hallelujah! I gave him some sh*t about not scoring. Good for him! He’s a real talent with unique skills. Keep plugging young man!
