I sometimes wonder if jk was the first donald trump. When really think about, they the EXACT same tendencies.
Man, the bloom sure has come off the rose in Germany: Matthaeus, German press slam Klinsmann for abrupt Hertha exit
Do we know that he does not have American citizenship? Why do so many people on BS call him non-American?
Honigstein: Revenge, nepotism and stodgy football – why Jurgen Klinsmann lasted only 76 days at Hertha So apparently the first thing Jurgen did upon taking the Hertha job was fire the GK coach who criticized his son.
Klinsmann went and pulled a Klinsmann took all the integrity out of my comment. He's still the same old delusional coach! Wonder what the heck he's thinking.
There is a pattern here with excluding Donovan from WC 2014 squad, firing GK coach at Hertha. Vindictive guy, isn't he? Emotion over reason.
both instance didn’t hurt the results right afterwards as the team over-achieved expectations. klinsmanss biggest problem is that he has no self-awareness and can’t accept limitations.
I don’t think he even likes coaching that much. Just the means to an end of trying to achieve some personal Tony Robbin’s type fantasy he has. The biggest problem is more with the people who fall for his schtick. Buyer beware!
If a team hires him for a short period where they need an immediate boost to avoid disaster (and after the last transfer window) - I could see it being worthwhile to avoid disaster but he’s not a guy who’s laying down a foundation IMO and his desire for full autonomy is unhealthy. he sorta reminds me of Greg Norman for some reason.
The USMNT did not come close to "overachievement" after JK decided to burn Landon on the altar of Juergen's vanity. Unless you are referring to the astonishing feat of breaking the World Cup record for saves made by a goalkeeper.
As if anyone of you guys would survive longer in Berlin Half past five, my eyes are burning Step on guy who's sleeping between dead pigeons Hystericals girls nag and are in panic, because Around the corner there's tension between Tarek and Sam Tarek says: "Shut up or I'll hit you in your face" Sam is frightened, but he can't just say nothing The red soup runs over the asphalt I'm feeling sick, I clasp my coat because it's cold Good morning Berlin You can be so ugly, so dirty and gray You can so wonderfully terrible Your nights are devouring me It might just be the best for me If I go home and sleep late And while I'm walking through the streets Black slowly fades to blue
Very sure I survive Berlin daily, as a ya poster For example i picked up a gypsy girl who is 7 in the subway to play for our u8 team a week ago in the subway at 1am.
I would have loved to see Donovan come on vs. Belgium. Hard to say if he would have made a difference. Nevertheless, excluding him was criminal. I don't care what JK says about it.
No fckn way. He is non grata. He will never hold a job again outside of north korea or a dictator country.
There's nothing wrong with bringing in a non-American coach, now or in the future. But we should try to avoid hiring one who's an obvious narcissist, and is openly contemptuous of American soccer. That shouldn't be too hard to do.
lol. It’s the same posters who think we were expected to emerge from a very difficult group with no weak teams (and where the odds of advancement were 1/3 at best) also thinks we should be lucky to qualify out of the Hex. make up your mind and be consistent.
