How the hell is it fair that a six year old has that happen to him? He's ALWAYS got a big smile on his face. He just locked me out of my daycare providers house this afternoon......and stood on the other side of the window with a huge grin on face. So full of life. So much living to do. *punches the wall*
Bob, I'm sorry for getting testy about the picture I posted. YCJ I'm sorry, too. For now on, any photos I steal, I will fix them properly! Oh, and I will stop putting descriptions with the photos as well. And, B, your no loser.
That's the easy way out. I know, I tried using it to get out of here a few weeks back. Never figured you as someone taking the easy road.
Well said Barry. Best wishes to your friend and their little one. In the meantime, this Mikes for you.
Ok all I'm off to do some reading and then I'm headed to bed early. A friend from Seattle will be on a layover at DFW for a couple hours and I'm going to meet her for breakfast before work. Which means I actually have to get up at 5:30 when the alarm goes off and not hit the snooze button. LOL Have fun all. And hugs all around. Whether ya like it or not. G'nite all.
And for those of you who think you've become too important to post here. You're not kidding anyone. You should feel small when you stand on the beach and look at the ocean.......
Caption: Mia: Wha... who... but... look... why... Lil: Yes, Mia... she's wearing shorts. Mia: Wha... who... but... look... why... Lil: It's ok, Mia... you'll be ok... Abby: *looks at shoes*
Tennis in the Staples Center. So much for the pancake lob. They speculate that former #1 Henin-Hardenne may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...which is or is similar to what Akers has (I forget).
Good post, B. I always thought this place was a stress reliver. Those of you I know, I consider friends. Those of you I don't know, I have nothing but respect for.
*says prayer for the 6-year old* Sometimes life just plain sucks richard. (No offense to anyone named Richard, but do read between the lines there)
LMFAO...for some reason that picture reminds me of the Little Giants when they draw the play on that kid's stomach...
It's not fair. I don't why he has to suffer. I can't tell you if he'll be ok. But life is so precious. Some people live to an old age; others have a shorter time here. I knew this guy once...not well, but I knew of him. He was an Oly grad. He was 20--which seemed so old to me 6 or 7 years go, and dying of cancer. But I'll never forget one of the last things he said: "Everybody is put here for a reason. Everybody has a mission. Mine is just a short one." (Please excuse the excessive cheesiness.)
*feels a song coming on* *stands on table* Twenty five minutes past quittin' time Seven of us crammed into that truck of mine Payin' no attention to them highway signs Doing 90 miles an hour towards the county line Quick sack, twelve pack, back again It's a b-double-e-double-r-u-n. Our buddies and their babies letting down their hair As long as we're together it don't matter where Ain't got a lot of money, but we just don't care Knowing half the fun is in the getting there Aztec, long necks, paychecks spent Oohh, it's a b-double-e-double-r-u-n. I can't stop thinking what the hell they were drinkin When they made this county drive I got a week long thirst, and to make it worse Lord, it's my turn to drive Laughin, and bragging, and a carrying on We loaded up the wagons and we headed home I guess half a dozen cases doesn't last that long Come tomorrow morning it'll be all gone Then, it's turn around, leave town, sounds again Like a b-double-e-double-r-u-n. Heeeyy, like a b-double-e-double-r-u-n.
