Interestingly enough, right after this game at the Spectrum, the AHL Philadelphia Phantoms take on the Norfolk Admirals at 6pm ET/5pm CT at the Spectrum. That game will be on CSN Chicago live. This soccer match will be on CSN Chicago on Thursday at 1pm CT.

Alvarez misses an open net after a great pass from Carrieri.

    GOAL! Kixx 0-1 Storm

Once again, the Storm hit the front as Novi scores once again at 4:51. Lazo Alavanja gets the assist.

Note: CSN Chicago will broadcast the next home match against Milwaukee on November 26th.

Waltman makes two quick saves on the Kixx. He made 18 against the Blast last night.

Philadelphia is putting on the pressure on the Storm.

You can listen to this match on the Storm web site (www.chicagostorm.net).

If you are wondering, the netting is up for hockey at the Spectrum.

END OF 1ST QUARTER: Philadelphia Kixx 1-1 Chicago Storm:

The Storm got on the board first, but Phialdelphia have put the pressure on since and got an equalizer. However, Danny Waltman is maintaining his spectacular form from last night.

    GOAL: Kixx 1-2 Storm

Just 39 seconds into the second quarter, Leo Pernia scores right off the re-start. The Storm has been stellar on restarts. Novi scored off the free kick last night. This goal came from almost the same spot.

The Storm's Andy Guastaferro will depart for Chinese Taipei to take part in the Futsal World Championship for the USA. The US are drawn against Italy, Japan, and Paraguay in Group C.

In other national team news, the US U19 women's team defeated Russia, 4-1, in the Women's U19 Championship in Thailand.

    GOAL: Kixx 1-3 Storm:

Speaking of Guastaferro, the third time is the charm as he makes good on his third shot at 5:08. It is his first goal of the year against his former team.

Meanwhile, Titans have just scored a TD vs. Bears.

    GOAL: Kixx 2-3 Storm

Sloan scores off the restart at 6:39 in the second quarter. Vasic with the assist.

This has been a fast-paced match for two teams who played just 18 hours ago.

Clock was frozen for 30 seconds.

BLUE CARD: Gaston Pernia goes off for two minutes for striking at 8:??.

There was a flap at the end of the first half of last night's match as the Storm played a man down for the last 13 seconds when they should not have (referee error).

Kixx are on the power play.

Evidently, we are going to play some extra seconds in this first half as the penalty is timed at 8:12.

HALFTIME: Philadelphia Kixx 2-4 Chicago Storm

An impressive first half for the Storm as they go into the locker room up two. This has actually been an entertaining match as both teams have been exchanging momentum. But right now, that is with the Storm into the half.
