I'll post this in a new thread, since the site I'm linking to goes into quite a bit of detail on kit design decisions. Here, the author comes up with a kit design for each of the major league baseball clubs. Some designs are great, others, meh. But, he clearly has put a good deal of thought into each one and he explains his design decisions. I don't know how any of this thinking translates into a Sacramento kit, given the USLPro club will be the first of its kind at this level in the Sac area. Anyway, I highly recommend finding the kit for your favorite MLB team and read about its design. Here's the page for the AL West.

Another page on the site also details how he would rebrand the NE Revoloution, a club that I agree is in dire need for a change.

Interesting. The A's shirts look pretty good. I'd just hope that they would make white boots mandatory for all players.

Haha, maybe when I get some extra time I'll do just that. I'm a fan of simplicity, but if the right kit fits then I like it.

I don't know if you have checked the FB fan page, but for the look of it, we are heading for these colors.

It's not like it been decided already, thats the reason I say "for the look of it"
But for now we have to wait...oh yes and I say "we" again ;)

I think an all white home kit (maybe with a gold band going diagonally across the chest?) would look good. I like a solid dark green shirt too (runs with city of trees), similar to the color of real madrid's dark green shirt.
