I like this move. It might be too ambitious but if he wants a chance to compete for NT minutes, this is the level he needs to produce at as the competition next to Brooks is getting tough.

Alavés is one of the relegation candidates this season, so add his name to Sarge's and Green's on the list of guys likely fighting to remain in the top tier.

Yes. Somehow, season after season, we manage 6 or 7 relegated _active_ players from European leagues I follow, or at least keep up with.

I don't know if we get any of our duals in Israel or the Finnish second division relegated though, I don't follow those. So Tessman and Busio should be added to the pile.

 

It's all to do with a lack of appreciation for our guys. So many of them end up going to relegation fodder...

It's a reason to keep pushing for a good local league, where they'll get solid competition and fair treatment.
