Kirovski=Cool; No pretend accent

    I used to hate Kirovski, but after watching the little interview with Lori Fair, I gotta say he's OK in my book, as this guy has lived in Engerland for a long time, yet has NO inkling of the pretentious Friedel/Harkes/Keller pretend accent.

    Gotta hand it to people who keep it real.

    oh for petes sake! when you live in a different region for a long time, you begin to adopt the accent without trying - happens to people moving to the deep south all the time

    Could have something to do with the fact that he lived in GERMANY for a good part of that time.

    Resist picking up an accent is more difficult than adopting one on purpose. You should try it sometimes.
