Haha, What madness down there in Naples. He will remember this forever. Man City may have more money, but not even 10% of the atmosphere.
no not at all. It would be verbal in principle as legally they are only allowed to get the deal done this summer in a 2 wk window. The UK and Italian press are going all in with this storyline but today his agents apparently shut the door and said there's no need for him to leave a good situation at Napoli. But, posturing, so could def still happen. Esp if his people wait for RM or Pep or Jeurgen to make a move.
But not a good sign for MU. Remember a year ago, Rennes was "practically done" then took a weird turn for Napoli...
Staying 1 more season at Napoli would be a good idea, but moving to United isnt a bad idea either with ETH's clear direction moving forward. He'll likely have Varane or Lisandro as his CB pair and have a world class CDM in front of him. Not to mention Man United signs at least one 100m player a season on average. I'm just glad he's not going to Rottenham that small club.
Pretty high since KMJ is good on the ball and has highest accurate passes out of anyone in european football this season, I'd reckon. Edit: Or maybe it was successful passes
Usually not one for hyperbole but I'm pretty confident KMJ would be able to walk into any squad in the world as a starter.
this is why you don't trust Brit rags like The Sun and The Mail who are Tier 10 sources. Now word coming out from KMJ himself that someone has been posing as his agent and has duped United. You can't make this shit up. This scandal just broke - looking fwd to seeing what happens with this shitshow - what's T or F. Crazy... it's the furthest from a done deal.
No this one is recent apparently. Even the local Manchester news feeds reporting the frustration of ETH's camp being duped. So then the KMJ to United talk died down for a few cycles and was replaced by PSG and Newcastle overtaking the bid. But after it's all said and done, I personally think he will go to United unless Pep makes a move. Fab Romano recently squashed a lot of the UK & Italian rumours. He said (the obvious), intent is diff from dotted line and nothing will be completed until the clause window opens from JUL 01 - JUL 14th. As we've seen with Rennes, a lot can happen til then and we can sit back and enjoy the crazy clickbait. It took til 2023 but KOR developed one of the most sought after CB's in the world.
I don't see him (or any Koreans) topping this moment for long time even if he goes on to win in one of the top EPL clubs that Koreans bandwagon like hell.... It's been soooo long since I've seen a Korean footballer lift a REAL top trophy....
