I've come to the point where I've forgotten what Korean letters are even used in his name.

Federico Fernandez has been left out of Napoli's Champions League squad which was confirmed through their official facebook page. Looks certain to join for a reported £7-8 million.

I'd like to punch the person who wrote down ki's name in English for the first time.

Often time us Koreans are in situation we have to simplify our name when we have to spell it out in English. There reason why Kim yeon-ah is yuna Kim outside of korea. Can you imagine Americans trying to pronounce our queen. It will be like 이이요우운나.

Only for Ki, he's got it backward. Yong is perfect way to spell it. Now yeung or yueng.

Edit: btw, go and kick ass ki. Our favorite 기식빵.

Why not ********ing David Ki or something.

KPA's should start to use english names so that name spelling errors won't occur.

It's also my pet peeve to hear casters say "KEE SUNG YUUUUU-ENG"

announcers go out of their way to try to get complex other foreign names right, why should koreans bend over backwards for them?

If David Ki wants to be called David Ki, I have no problem with that.

But shouldn't force that on other players. Their names are their heritage. Shouldn't conform to ridiculous Western standards.

Ki will wear the number 4 shirt for next season, vacated by Chico Flores. Chico and Pablo have finally left officially, with Federico Fernandez currently in Swansea undergoing a medical according to reports.
