Key to victory in Iraq - bribes

Somebody on this forum was saying months ago that the victory was not done through military power, but through deal making with Iraqi higher-ups. Everyone laughed at me - I mean that someone. Now the truth is starting to come out.

There are always any number of reasons to laugh at you, so how do you know it was about this?

of that we're sure, however, spec ops bribed their iraqi counterparts to disband and lay down their arms in advance of the invasion
