It is a rumour and nothing more. However, Leeds will be doing more selling this year and if you look at their most valued players Kewell is probably the most likely to go. The club really should try to hold onto the local lads, Smith and Robinson. Viduka is not worth what he was a few years ago. Roma enquired but nothing lead to a transfer. So Kewell may well be on his way out as his contract expires next year. I would have thought Liverpool are more in the hunt for a pacy winger than United.
When Kewell leaves it won't be to liverpool or scum. Without a doubt he'd be heading to the continent.
Given the history of Leeds/man yoo i can't see that happening--Sol Campbell not withstanding. A move to the continent, or south, would be much more acceptable to the fans who have endured about as much as they can take right now.
We already have Forlan who havent had a EPL start for a while and solskjaer who sometimes plays right mid because of Scholes. And Van the man, you know he'll be staying just where he is. There is no place for kewell in the United starting line up. Anyway, I think fergi wants Duff a lot more.
