Kevin Terry blew it....

    If you watched the KC/LA match, you saw Carlos Ruiz ejected on a Nick Garcia "acting" job.

    That's not why I say Terry blew it. What he failed to do was curb the rising violence that was brewing in the game. The corner kicks LA took were ridiculous for the amount of elbows and grabbing that went on. Conrad stuck his elbow in Lala's ear TWICE without so much as a warning.

    Everyone could see a train wreck coming from a mile away except Terry.

    Why didn't he yellow card Ruiz and Garcia earlier? Thier play had become so "personal" that a verbal warning wasn't going to stop them. MLS is lucky that someone didn't get injured severely (or the fight got so ugly that it made all the wrong highlight shows).

    Big deal...

    ...the so-called referee in the Columbus-New England match didn't card anyone, and there were easily a half-dozen earned (at least a couple on each side).
