Re: Re: Keller: Tottenham v Middlesbrough, 10/26 {R.} Thought so. No TV for me here-- it may be on one of the Fox Sports 1 or 2 channels, but I don't get them here in my area-- but I'll try and provide updates via the PbP according to the text updates from any of the various sites (BBC, sportinglife.com, etc.)... But if anyone else wants to handle the PbP, preferrably someone with TV access to the game, go for it, it's up for grabs.
Re: Re: Re: Keller: Tottenham v Middlesbrough, 10/26 {R.} Besides, according to the Australian version of the Fox Sports website, it's on at 3 a.m. Melbourne time. Way past my bedtime. Just double-checked the kickoff time, and it's just not do-able for me.
Middlesbrough starting the better side, but spurs have come up the other side now and are having their 2'nd corner in succession. Schwartzer spills a cross, and boro luckily clear. 6'th min
Spurs still the dominant force in the game. KK also took another goal kick earlier... that's all of his involvement. 15'th min
Boro take a shot from about 25 yards. KK saves comfortably low to his right. Spurs go up the other end and do the same thing. still Spurs 0-0 Boro 23'rd min
Nothing really happening at all, but Mendieta is one of the best players out there. That isn't saying much. Dalmat playing well for spurs. Boro free kick 30 yards out just right of center..... which is deflected out for a corner..... which is cleared, but back into the box and caught by KK 0-0 30'th min
Ref is enjoying his whistle. must be new and wants to see if it works. I think we'll see our first yellow soon, and it will probably be going to spurs, who have been the more physical side. Spurs freekick from 30, left of center..... which is taken by anderton... blocked. 0-0 33'rd min
Good work by Keane turns into a corner for Spurs. Corner turns into another corner. half cleared...Spurs make another corner.... First REAL bit of pressure Corner not properly cleared. Ball comes back, Schwartzer catches. 36'th min
Boateng should have done better with a Zenden low cross. On target would have given KK a lot to do. 38'th min
KK tips a 40 yard Nemeth drive over the top corner is cleared and the halftime whistle goes. HT: Spurs 0-0 Boro
Dalmat is playing more infield with Anderton on the right. Spurs have come right out of the blocks this half, already getting a corner which produced a save as the header was right at the keeper. 48'th min 0-0
This bhalf as been all spurs. When Boro get the ball, they get rid of it right away. 51'st min Boro do end up getting a corner though.... over everyone and another KK goal kick.... 52'nd min
With their best attack, Zenden forces keller into a decent save at his near post (tipped around). corner comes to nothing. 55'th min
play is starting to open up, and KK is getting some things to do now. Boro are playing smart on the counter. 58'th min
2'nd have possession for Boro is 58% this is due to the now continious pressure from boro 61'st min this match is very open now. either side could pop up with a goal.
