The Planetfootball site has finally posted the early season Premiership top performers according to the OPTA index. Among goalkeepers, Keller is ranked #1, just ahead of Schmeichel and Barthez, while Friedel is ranked 10th. Among midfielders (excluding "attacking midfielders," which OPTA counts as a separate category), Claudio Reyna is ranked 4th. Keller also made the "Team of the Week" for his seven-save performance against Man Utd.
