A bit of pregame news for Spurs (cause nobody really cares about ManUre, nor is it possible to find anything writen about them). Redknapp explunged for his injury causing tackle last weekend. Once again, Soccernet being sensational. They are calling for Teddy to stay in theEngland team as well as another year on his contract, which everybody is reporting. Spurs are still shoping for players. Here's a nice bit on Keller Match Previews: From the Beeb... Sky Sport's preview... And, of course, Aris at Cybersoccer (how ever did he write that unbiased? ) Of injury note, with Ziege confirmed out for the match, Spurs have 13 players injured for this match. On a positive note, Gary Neville is fit again. Hope is there...of course so is last years memory (for those that don't know, ManUre scored 5 goals in the second half after being down by 2 at half time). Once again, work calls so no pbp again. Hopefully the BS appearance list will be like last week. That was most enjoyable...Go Spurs - blank 'em Keller.
And for my fellow American ex-pats here in Australia, the game is live on SBS in less than 20 minutes from now (11:55 p.m. Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane time). Some good late-night Saturday viewing here... a good enough reason to bump this thread. Cheers, William
Keller with a nice save, Neville tries to cross low from about eight yards, off a defender, diving Keller saves.
Bunjuncevic with a rasping drive off the rebound that beats Barthez, but is wide right of the post, on the quarter-hour.
Keller needs to be on top of his game today. Hopefully the defense won't stand around and watch this week. GLORY GLORY SPURS (I HOPE !!!)
