Hi, i'm the assistant Commish of Half-Time and we are looking for 2 owners. We are a league of 3 divisons (12 clubs) each and we play 2 cups during the season. To join is Free but there are no prizes for winning league or cup title. This is like real life, you make a trade today for Ruud Van Nistelrooy then hes yours until he retires or you decide to trade him. You keep your roster from season to season. I'll outline the league, if your interested get back to us! Clubs Available: Chelsea and Newcastle United. Rosters can be found here: http://fb132.www1.dotnetplayground.com/roster.asp If you want Chelsea, you would own Chelsea and Chelsea "B" which is reserves, a league for prospects. You can call up anyone from club "B" at any point of the season but there are strict rules when sending players down. If by the time you e-mail us and both are taken, ask to be places on the "waiting list" becasue 1-2 owners are on the hot seat. League Outline: Next week we are starting our 2nd "official" season. Its our 3rd unofficially. Our first ever only me and the commish simmed matches so becasue of college and work we got other simmers and changed the league name. Winning League or a Cup or finishing high in the standings gets you money to sign free agents + you may trade with other owners. In each off-season we hold the "Jersey Cup". It includes all 3 league winners, cl champ, fa cup champ, cl runner up and 2 clubs of the commish's choice. The winner wins a Jersey from the internet of your choice. Games: We play 36 regular season games (12 per divison X 4), the FA Cup (Like ncaa bracket) and CL (Group stages). Each club quilifies for both cups no matter how low you finish. Games are simmed by the new version of Championship Manager. What you need to do: Send in lineups for each game. Missing a lineup wont get you fired but missing 3 of 4 or something like that will. We MUST post a Press Release/something about your club on the message board atleast 3 times a month. We ask and hope you post something for post-game and when you make the headlines (sign a player, make a trade) but we understand people have school and work we only ask for 3 a month atleast. nope, hasn't gotten back to me yet. So is Newcastle taken now? I wouldn't mind either BM or Chelsea. Managing the Galaxy would make me die.
