Is anyone else stuck at home watching the game? Luckily MLS extended the free preview so I get to watch it.

Just curious but are Wizard games always that empty? I know you guys didn't have a great year last year but you have some great players and a good start to the season. Figured the stadium would be a little fuller.

Parkhurst deserved that. I don't care if it was a flop or not. You assume any responsibility when grabbing someone like that in the box.

Wow. Reis is a PK machine. Oh well ...

******** Wolff's got to bury that. Good save by Reis though with the legs.

Part of it is the weather tonight. They are expecting bad storms and their are already tornado warnings in Kansas about 2 hours west of Arrowhead.

Leonard on for Franchino, Franchino was questionable as to whether or not he'd play anyway.

however the opening night game, didnt look as full even though there was 18k there, but they usually put majority of people on one side of the stadium, which is the side you cant see

Glad to hear it's an off night. Unlike other pro teams, I believe this Wiz team should be supported....Reis robbed the Wiz again.

Good defending by Groenwald to stand up Noonan, although he barely gave up a corner.

Garcia is definately not Burciaga, that's for sure. Shooting wise at least.

A couple of things I thought of during the game:

    1. We look a lot better going forward than we did last week. Almost everytime we go forward we look like we might score and if not for Reis would have at least 1 if not 2 or 3 more goals.

    2. Our defense is going to be solid with Groenwald, Conrad, Garcia, and Burciaga. Thomas has done alright but he still has iffy moments (like the wiff on the cross) and seems a little too casual at times. Plus Burciaga adds more going forward than Garcia and Garcia is faster than Thomas so its all win win.

Great to see the 3rd minute goal stand up. Would've been nice to get a couple more, but Reis was on tonight it seemed.

    Wonderful to see Jimmy back.

3 for 3, still top of the East...keep it going boys...
