As we recede into the dark ages of Womens professional soccer in the United States. Sigh. It's good to see a handful of survivors keeping their skills sharp by moving overseas. It's a horrible shame that we're losing an entire generation of players. Even if a new 8 team professional league starts up in 2006, I'd be shocked if more than 50-60 of the 140 or so players from 2003 were playing. Hopefully the WSII is able to create something viable, or at least sustainable. They distributed questionaires to all the attendees of the recent NSCAA convention.
