Good signing I think, from a publicity perspective. Hope he can stay healthy!

It should be fun to see him in MLS. He'll be 33 right around the start of next season and he's had injury trouble, but he was pretty good for Milan this season. Good acquisition.

Who? He's not even on the national team. At least TFC had an active Brazilian national team player.

Actually surprised by this. Seemed like a few weeks ago he wasn't going to sign with them.

How far MLS has come when a thread announcing the arrival of Kaka produces a meh from the big soccer faithful.

Orlando City making the moves. If I'm a supporter of that club I'm very pleased.

Gotta say, it's a coup for the league, too, to be able to throw down this news right in the middle of the opening portion of this World Cup. Admittedly, it isn't like an MLS club have signed Messi or Ronaldo, but it's a prominent Brasil player who is coming to the US, and Orlando specifically, and will be loaned out to the same club whose facilities the US is presently based at. There's lots to feed the ravenous news-sphere beast.

And OC are hosting Sao Paolo here in Orlando for a friendly tomorrow night, too.

Are they still making a push for Robinho, too?

It'll be interesting to see how long the contract is for.
I am excited about this and he'll be a fantastic player for the club and league.
This is just one of many steps/connection Orlando City is trying to make to become a global brand. Especially is South America.

I would think this would only help to bring Robinho to Orlando. Except the part about how much to pay for him...
    Should be interesting, I'm excited!

How long has this been going on? It has been at least a year now, right?

Why would you want to miss out on this live and in person?

Very cool signing. I really thought he was older than 33. I am excited to have him in the league.

And the first thing my friend says when he hears of this signing? "MLS where Football has-beens come to end their careers"

Shoot. I'm really disappointed that Michael Bradley is at the end of his career. I really enjoy watching him play
