This game is tomorrow wednesday sept 26 at 2:30pm est. I think it would be a good idea to get some other players involved for this game as Juventus will have a tougher game against Torino on sunday.

So what's everyone's thoughts, keep the 4-3-3 formation. I'm not really a fan of it.

Here's the call ups:

1 Buffon
2 Birindelli
3 Chiellini
4 Almiron
6 Zanetti
7 Salihamidzic
9 Iaquinta
10 Del Piero
11 Nedved
12 Belardi
17 Trezeguet
19 Criscito
20 Palladino
21 Grygera
23 Nocerino
24 Olivera
28 Molinaro
30 Tiago
33 Legrottaglie

I would go for:

--------------------------Buffon-------------------------
Grygera---------Cristico----------------Legrottaglie----Chiellieni
Salihamidzic--------Tiago----------Almoroin----------Nedved
---------------------Iaquinta-------Trez

Only problem is, is that our centre of defence looks a bit shaky, maybe a possible way to resolve this is to Grygera in as a CB and replace him with perhaps Belardi.

We should be able to win but either Tiago or Almiron must start. A midfield that has Nocerino, Zanetti and Nedved didn't work against Roma. Reggina's midfield is very young and has had the tendancy to give them ball way cheaply. Hopefully with Tiago or Almiron starting, we can capitalise on that. In attack, I'd start Iaquinta and Trez but I'm not sure if Pallandino is 100 per cent fit. If so, I'd start him over ADP.

i want to see what tiago can do. i also think Del piero should start it mite be a good chance for him to get a confidence boosting goal espescially because as we all know reggina arent the best side in the world.

Palladino is having a good game from what I have seen so far. About 10 minutes left in the half 0-0. Should be 1-0 as Palladino fed Trezeguet who scored but the linesman incorrectly ruled offsides.

who would've thought Legrottaglie of all people puts Juve ahead. He was supposed to be a bench warmer all year.

Why can't these bitter a**holes just ref the game properly? This is the fourth game in a row that something like this has happened, it should be investigated cause it can't be a coincidence.

Atleast its 2-0 now though.

We have to accept that it is going to be this way for awhile but in the long run this will greatly benefit the team character wise.

I missed the end of the game. How bad is Buffon's injury? He is the one player Juventus can not afford to lose. Otherwise good result as the team rotated the squad and rested key players. With all the injuries they have today showed the club really does have some depth. Good to see Palladino finally getting a chance. He played really well and should see more playing time as he earned it today.

Ranieri said about the next game...
“I can tell you that Gigi Buffon will play. He only went off today because he felt something strange above the knee, but I am not particularly worried. This is also the first time we have kept a clean sheet this season.”

Legrottaglie and Sali on the scoring sheet. Nice!

Legrottaglie should just be there to score in set-pieces. That's what I've seen him do well in his career. He doesn't do it enough though.

Thanks for posting some highlights, that's the only way i get to see Juve at the moment. Finally a game opens up for us and we do it comfortably, which is more than i can say about the two previous games. Still getting shafted by the refs, though.

What do you guys think about Palladino's form thus far? From what I can tell he has looked pretty good from his last two appearances against Roma and Reggina. If he keeps it up it wouldn't be too far fetched to think that this kid can eventually steal ADP's spot.

That's the plan, supposedly. I'd rather have Giovinco ;)
