Benfica were originally going to come to Toronto and Montreal for friendlies but those plans fell through. Now that Juve have announced a few reports have indicated that Benfica will come back for the one date either in Toronto or NY. Juve's other date would be against Inter for the Italian SuperCup.

Sportsera today listed some possible opponents for at least one of these games as Barcelona, Benfica and Liverpool. If they play Inter in one of them, it would be for the SuperCoppa.

I heard on CFMT that Benfica maybe the opponent for Toronto and Inter in NY for the Supercup.

CHIN radio is saying the reverse.

    We will see.

I am trying to get more details...like I wrote in the "Versao Portuguesa" Chelsea will be in Boston on the 24th, in DC on the 28th and at Giants Stadium on the 31st.

Since they play Benfica on the 17th of July...they will probably come right over after that...and all I have heard is that they will be at Rutgers starting on the 19th. I am just not sure if they will be here the entire time since they have those other 2 games...

I will also let everyone know where A.C. Milan are staying so we can go great Rui Costa when they arrive...my neighbor is an Italian translator for them when the came to the states...he got to spend time with them last year...

You and me both :( I'm guessing with all the FIRE SALE! talk the game with the Supra didn't become much of a priority.

I don't think so...look at their schedule. Pretty hard to fit a trip to North America for just one game.
