Which is having more of a crisis? Both are coming off early Champions League exits and embarrassing losses to perrenial rivals (Man U's being a lot worse. No bias, but Milan is a bit better than Citeh). Personally, I think Man U is in a bit more hot water. It seems like Juve's problems are a result of an unwillingness to spend combined with a ridiculous amount of injuries. This season will be nothing more than a wake up call for Moggi & co to open their wallets and stop relying on a stagnant defense that needs some serious dusting. Man U on the other hand, are suffering as a result of bad spending. None of United's new signings are performing up to full potential, and Rio's suspension as left a grand canyonesqe gap in the United defense. So which one do you think is in more trouble?

Quite a comment to be making. You don't think Tim Howard (for 2.4mn) or Cristiano Ronaldo are playing well?

I'd have to give Ronny the player of the year so far award (for the team).
Timmy has the potential to be one of the best keepers around a few years down the line (he's been good this year.
I think Saha's been doing alright (4 goals in 4 games, thus far & always dangerous)
Kleberson is a mystery, wrapped in an en9igma wrapped in a jersey. When he plays in the centre he's good; on the right, he's crap. Hasn't played for ages though (off the field difficulties?)
Djemba-Djemba is a long term prospect.

Our signings have been long-term ones, and this will show in a few years. We were top of the table until Rio got suspended. A top-class centreback & defensive-mid (as well as a longterm replacement for Giggs) in the summer will see us more than fine, and being the rich team we are, we have the money to do it (if we can convince the shareholders).

I canm't say which situation is worse since I am not too well informed on Juve's, but from what I've heard, their issue seems more long term.

MU did not really mess up their signings. They mess up with the Ronaldinho signings and Robben(?). Sir Alex had those players wrapped up....
