It was a clever pass idea by Griezmann but honestly, Griezmann over hit it which dragged Messi out a couple feet wider and having to spend more time settling the ball. Still like to think Messi still converts that. But Griez's pass was imperfect.
The 'keeper was sprawled out on the grass and out-of-position and Griezmann attempts a pass to someone who was totally covered instead of shooting! FFS!
