Bari went up 1-0 in the first minute on a cross. Santuluvo had a nice header moments ago. There was another chance he had on a break away that was called offside at midfield. He would have been by himself with a one vs. one w/ the gk. Bari's GK Gillet is having a good first half. Juventus is finding out that in the dog days of winter,(even though the north is having unusal warm winter weather) its not all that easy to play in Serie B.
Juventus then tied it with a beautiful one two with Trezeguet's nice touch/finish. Capolavoro as the announcer said!

First half is done. Nedved after a 5 match suspension scored a beautiful goal in the 44th minute. Juve 2 Bari 1 at the half. Now it will be tough. Juventus is back in front.

If Juventus keeps the lead and wins the match (hopefully the lead will extend), we may be the undisputed first place team again. Napoli currently is tying with Lecce.

You are right. Here are the top 4 teams of the Serie B. Juve is probably now thanking the arbitration board about the reduction of points penalized. Juventus has played one less game also.

    1 Juventus 19 13 5 1 +22 35

    2 Napoli 19 9 8 2 +9 35

    3 Genoa 20 10 5 5 +7 35

    4 Piacenza 19 10 4 5 +5 34

Del Piero just scored a nice goal in the 22nd minute. Pretty good for his 500th appearance in a Juventus jersey.

La rivincita di Nedved! 4-1. Nedved scores his 2nd of the match & his 6th on the season....Pretty good after being gone for 5 matches.

    Final Score:

    Juventus 4-2 Bari

(Goal for Bari by Carlo Gervasoni).

The Lecce-Napoli game seems to be grounded at 1-1, so we may be two points clear in first place.

Awesome win! I love how the team responded after Bari scored when the game wasn't even a minute old. This game also goes to show just how important Nedved is to the team.

Congrats, Del Piero!!! He played his 500th game with Juve in great form :)

I'm watching Ascoli-Atalanta right now. For maybe a second I had a flashback of watching an old Nerazzurri - Bianconeri or rather Inter-Juventus Serie A match.

    Me too! lol

And sorry if this is a stupid question, but how come some teams are allowed to have almost the EXACT same uniforms??

And also, why is Siena's logo almost exactly the same as Juve's? http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/images/i/it@acsie.jpg

Nedved is back! What a player. To be out so long and comeback the way he did was amazing.

Early goal was a scare, but consdiering the injury situation at the back, its to be expected. Juve simply dominated from there on. Good ball movement, and the lead up to each goal was very nice.

    Now solely first place.

    Forza Juve!

Credit to Del Piero for not only scoring a goal on his 500th Juve appearance but for also having two assists!
