Absolute shit. Outside Yildiz, there is no quality in attack. This game should have been a three or four goal win. So far as I'm concerned they can get rid of all those bums: David, Openda, Miretti, Conceicao...all of them.

Just when you thought we were getting our identity back. Perin had 1 thing to do tonight and that was pick the ball out the back of his net. Very laboured performance, no urgency and the quality of the crosses into the box was dreadful. 18 corners to 1 and they won every single ball from them as well as set pieces . They parked the bus and we had no idea how to break them down. Very disappointed with that. Locatelli didn’t command the game. Mckennie and cambiaso both poor as well. Koopmainers done ok and Yildiz was excellent but you can’t win a football match on your own. Hope spalletti rips into them after that. Absolutely not good enough from 95% of the team. Time to bring in a few players in the transfer market.

Yeah, he's trash as well; but in fairness, it's not his job to score goals.

I agree with this, but does Spalletti ripping into them make a difference? I thought the game plan was executed as the game was dominated. It's simply a lack of quality in the final third. I see it more as a personnel issue.

    This team lacks key pieces.
We haven’t had a consistent guy since Ronaldo left. We don’t have a scorer that performs consistently and strives to be the number one scorer in the league. Vlahovic has potential but injuries and consistency has been a problem. Honestly it’s time to sell him if we can get some money and develop some new talent and rebuild this team from ground up.

Also, for the love of god, sell Cambiaso…he is not good. Absolute trash.

the only guy worth keeping on this team is Kenan. Build the team around him.

Yes certainly a lack of quality but I also thought a lack of effort which is why we haven’t lost our dna. Yildiz gives everything in every game but the others are all to slow and lack aggression also with inconsistency. Maybe it’s confidence but we haven’t been doing well lately so you would think our confidence would be higher, or is it a lack of character at times

A six pointer today and probably the most important game of the season so far. If we lose we can certainly kiss goodbye to the scudetto and will struggle to make top four if Roma beat Milan. A win puts us right back into contention for 2nd to 4th spot. The players need to be well up for this one

Conceicao starting to look like a weak link.

Nice goal by David. Locatelli and Thuram looking excellent today.

Good half. Should be 2 up but great defending by bonguarno. Thuram and Locatelli having great games . Pressing high up the pitch and when we lose possession we are closing them down quick and turning the ball around. Happy so far but need that 2nd goal

We were the better side in the first half. It's a shame we couldn't score another because it's more reflective of how it went.

I have to admit that I'm thinking I got a couple projections wrong. The first was that Spalletti would not make a difference. The results prove otherwise and even the quality of play has been better than what we saw with Tudor. It appears he's getting better performances out of underperforming players. McKennie, Locatelli and even David have shown more life under him. He's been fortunate that Bremer came back at the right time but kudos, nonetheless, to management for getting this hire right.

The other projection I'm thinking I got wrong was on Conceicao. I thought he was going to be a star. I just don't see it anymore. Poor final product; too easily loses his balances. He just lacks to quality to be a good starter for a club trying to win a scudetto and challenging in Europe.

I also don't see why they can't get a deal for McKennie done. Even if we don't think he's a starter, he's definitely useful. I'm sure there's also a commercial benefit given he's American.

Cambiaso and Conceicao coming off were the right subs. Both were poor.
