Only three league fixtures but two in the Champions League. We need all 9 points for Serie A and it can be done. In fact, if we can go perfect this month, we should be able to qualify for the round of 16 with a match to spare in the CL. Forza Juve!

    Serie A
    8 Nov - at Empoli
    21 Nov - Milan
    29 Nov - at Palermo

    Champions League
3 Nov - at Borussia Mönchengladbach
    25 Nov - Manchester City

How many goals do Juventus score between those 5 games? I say 8.

Juve playing vs City on my birthday. Hopefully they don't ruin like they did in 2013.

Just saw the highlights on Rai. Is it true Stephan Lichtsteiner just had a heart operation?

Unless all the reports I have read are false, yes he had "minor" heart surgery. I wasn't expecting him back this soon let alone to play 90 minutes yesterday.

He had surgery a month ago .....

“During last week’s match with Frosinone, Stephan Lichtsteiner suffered breathing difficulties due to a benign cardiac arrhythmia (atrial flutter) which later stopped of its own accord,” a statement on the club’s website announced.

“Tests and specialist consultancy conducted over the following days suggested surgery to be the best course of action for the defender.

“Dr. Gaita today performed a cardiac ablation operation and Lichtsteiner is expected to return to competitive action within 30 days."

Man did I miss this guy. He might not have Cuadrado's flash, but he gives juve great presence out right. If this team can ever remain healthy at the same time, they could have a very good starting 11. Khedira and Pereyra need to get back asap. Whenever they have been healthy, they have added a lot to the team. I'll take Pereyra in a 4-3-1-2 over Cuadrado in a 4-3-3.

Which match is he expected to return?

i've given up on Khedira, i think he's one of those who will be constantly injured here and there. Kinda like Caceres. Its dangerous to depend on him. He can end up missing in important games. Now with Caceres it wasnt a big deal because he was a back up, but as a starter, it'll be a huge problem.

Sorry. I just don't like Morata out wide. Would have preferred to keep Coman and use him there if we are consistently going to line up in 4-3-3.

Lol Empoli 1-0, poor defending and poor positioning by Buffon. Bonnuci gave the ball away. ssdd

Barzagli made Maccarone looked like Messi on that play.

The play is still disjointed. This squad is not adept to play a 4-3-3. As others have said, Morata is wasted on the left. The 3-5-2 is the best formation for this team. Get Chellini in and one of Licht or Cuadrado out.

What is it with us giving up goals on the opponents first shot. This is truly a trend nwow.

I would take Barzagli out, he's been very shaky all game.
