To be fair, that was a different management team that treated Deschamps that way. Agnelli had nothing to do with it, so Deschamps would be petty if he was to hold this management group responsible for it. Judging from the situation with Benzema, it's very possible that Deschamps is a bit petty. Deschamps is like the definition of pragmatic manager, one of the most talented teams in the world played some pretty awful soccer in the world cup (but he did win it!)...He would slot in perfectly for a good portion of Juventini.
Even though it hasn't been smooth sailing or pretty, I would still put my money on Juve winning the league which means Sarri very likely stays. The only way I see him going at season's send if he does win the scudetto is if we crash out of CL against Lyon and someone like Pep is available.

I think they wanted him out though. I recall specifically that he wanted some sort of guarantee and the clubd wouldn't give it to him. He left as soon as promotion from Serie B to A was secure. I doubt he will have done much more in those years 2007-2011 than everyone else who came and went.
Deschamps wanted to play for the scudetto. The management at that time were idiots. Juve still had a group of champions at its core & needed reinforcements. They would have taken it too. Instead, they went with that loser Ranieri.
