Didn't see a Euro thread on here for Juve players so here we go.

Looks like Zaza might get a shot in Conte's 3-5-2 with Pele and SES and Candreva on the wings:

    http://www.football-italia.net/85688/italy-given-wings-against-belgium

    Projected lineup:

Italy (probable): Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Candreva, Parolo, De Rossi, Giaccherini, El Shaarawy; Zaza, Pellè

Lichtsteiner was terrible against a 10 man Albania, he was lucky he didn't get called for a pk. Albania was unlucky not to tie the game, Switzerland was lucky to win it 1-0.

Juve defenders keeping one of the hottest team in Europe in check.

De Rossi is a liability, I rather have Rugani in there than him.

De Bruyne looks like he's 12.

Clattenburg lets Belgium do what they want.

A couple of gorgeous long balls by Bonucci and now the twitterverse is going ape over him.

Hardly knew of him two hours ago. Now he's the Pirlo of central defenders and on his way to Chelsea. I mean, he's a beast obviously and I love him, but the fickleness of social media drives. me. insane.

But the pleasure I get from watching him and remembering the years wankfast over Ranocchia, and how derided Leo was for so many years...

    God, it never gets old.

Nobody will ever be him. And even if they have comparable talent (LOL), they won't have anything on his character.

So damn annoying seeing people go crazy over Bonucci when we've been spoiled for over 3 years of this. PL fans need to watch other leagues before saying this drivel.

Remember how everybody was mocking us for buying the "lesser" talent in Bonucci and praising the merdisti for signing that "New Nesta", Ranocchia?

God, it's just sooooo sweet how their careers have progressed. The merdisti were still claiming that Ranocchia would become like Nesta, even after the guy had turned 28! :ROFLMAO:

What's incredible about Bonucci is how much he has improved over the last few years as an actual defender. He went from being somewhat of a liability when not in a back three to being a CB that has fantastic anticipation even in open field. He broke up so many of Belgium's plays near the halfway line.

Such a 2011-12 Conte team just with a shitty midfield. Beats Milan (Belgium) then draws 0-0 with Bologna (Sweden).

Leo has been quite, Barzaglia has been pretty much the same I feel, does any one else see Giorgio as playing quite sloppy?

Giorgio's first touch is not very good, his passing is subpar, he seems to try to force things to happen and does not execute on the pass(not like our forwards or wingbacks are gonna do much with it if he did), I am concerned about this decline of play. His passing is really poor.

I wonder if he is playing hurt...

We also got quite lucky today the ref did not call ball dead for him lifting his leg on that throw in because that was right foot was blatantly up when he threw in the ball that led to the goal.

One thing about #3 tho is that he will always get stuck in on a 50/50 air ball and give it his all just about every time, something the rest of the NT lacks sorely, especially De Rossi.
