I'd say take the tactful information out of the two threads that have spoken about him. Most important in my opinion are that he doesnt start a cheer when we're already on the PA. Also, that he loses the retarded (use better words) cheers and he doesnt cheer about the Zards, only the Wizards. And a new look wouldnt hurt either, but that would take a new person all together.
Tell him not to laugh when chanting "Try, Try, Try to break the Tie!" It gives it a "I can't believe my life has come to this" aura.
see if we can get a walkie talkie, or something to communicate with the cauldron, so he knows what we will be doing before hand. The best attribute he brings to the table is verbal clarity. By him doing the chants with the cauldron would be the best thing that I can figure out to help both causes (cauldron and zards).
ZM already has a chant sheet. As far as appearance, he can be saved. We can rebuild him. Better. Stronger. Faster. (Oh sorry,was getting $6m Man flashbacks...) A blue wig to cover up that shiny pate and for god's sake tuck in the jersey. It would look better tucked into the sweatpants if he's going to wear them. If he can affect a deeper voice, that would be better too. He sounds like a whiny ass bitch, (again, choose better words) especially when he's chanting "Try..." They should have a chant sheet, just make sure it's on blue paper. Push for the words for OUR chants to be on the jumbotron, and paced to match.
