Wow, the COO of the Fed, Dan Helfrich, is commentating.

 

Okay, camera angle is very weird. It's an oblique angle from behind one of the touchlines. That's an interesting choice.

 

Hamouda has played a couple of really good long balls. Led to two good chances for us.

 

And Hamouda a great defensive intervention there to shut down an attack.

 

Helfrich just announced the match will be 4 30-minute periods, to get the entire rosters a chance to play.

 

We've dominated the run of play in the first 15 minutes. And Hamouda ANOTHER great long ball, Dills runs onto it and beats the keeper! Very nicely done. 1-0

Great to pick up the on-field audio there. Harbor Miller loudly saying "The level doesn't drop! The level doesn't drop!" Good stuff.

 

Ellis with a really nice piece of skill there, led to Pinter almost rounding the keeper for a 3rd goal.

Really impressed with Hamouda and Dills obviously in that first 30 minutes. Miller and Ellis also played really well, as did Guske at the 6.

 

Same XI starting the 2nd period.

 

The camera angle is kind of growing on me, to be honest.

 

Subs were made but I had to step away and I missed them. Power shot from distance, nice save by the Japanese keeper, Ellis collects the rebound, shows off another piece of skill, and just skies it over the crossbar.

 

Message just popped up on the streaming feed, "Battery Near End." That can't be good. They switched to the wider view. Get them a fresh battery!

 

Back to the tighter shot. 2nd period should be over fairly soon.

3rd period getting ready to start. Was having trouble with the stream, but I think we're good now. Helfrich just said Snyder Brunell had been playing well since coming on. All new lineup but sorry guys, I didn't catch it due to the stream issues.

 

Nice sequence between Hezarkhani and Brunell, but Brunell hits it over the net.
