The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Mid-Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference against teams from Charleston, Fredericksburg, Reading, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Wilmington and Woodbridge. The team was originally called the South Jersey Barons and between 2003-04 were based in Trenton, New Jersey. After their relocation back to Ocean City for the 2005 season they were renamed the Ocean City Barons. The Barons play their home games at Carey Stadium in Ocean City, New Jersey. The team's colors are red and white.

If we do one of the weekend matches than we could plan a day out of it, not just the match. Any chance I have to wolf down some Mack n Manco is good in my book.
