We don't know the answer yet. Green's future is not written yet, he is still only 21.

If he has a good 1 to 2 year at Stuttgart he is right back in the picture for a top 4/top 4 club. JG37 is very skilled and works very hard on the training field. As his body physically matured we have seen improvements in his game. Will he ever return to FC Hollywood? I don't know but look at Pogba at Man U!

I'm not talking about his future, I'm talking about him succeeding at Bayern while coming from the youth. Green has been sold to Stuttgart which means he didn't succeed there. Which was the point of my post, we won't know if he would have made it at Bayern because he left. Even if he came back it would be more like Hummels who didn't make it at Bayern and played with Dortmund where he made a name for himself before coming back.

IMO Green's ceiling should be mid-table Bundesliga, if all goes well.

Julien Green started today's match vs St Pauli in the starting 11, he was substituted early 2nd half and the guy taking his place Carlos Mane is the one who scored the only goal of the game, to win it 1-0.

World Star is beneath me, however, drama is not.

They have a certain similarity: both want to stay within driving distance to mom's home.

The diff is that Green's mom happens to live in the country with the 2nd best league in the world.

Is there anyone else in the pool (offensive player in particular) with a higher ceiling, in your opinion? Thanks.

    Yes. Pulisic.

PS: Remember the "if all goes well" part. That'd be unusual, so I wouldn't be surprised if Green ended up in some bottom-table BuLi team and Pulisic stuck with 'Gladbach in mid-table after Bayern et al. manage to dismantle it.

Pulisic at Gladbach, CCV at Fulham, and Green at Sacramento Republic. Stay tuned!
