The Bad: Third game benched, he played 20 in the first, nothing after.

The Worse: The less he plays, the better they look.

Still in the relegation zone though.

Didn't watch, but this is their first win of the season after 4 draws and 4 losses.

Why watch this? This and Armenia and Bello were pretty obvious.
People just don’t like reality. They just want to see what they want to until it is as blatant as the sun rising and setting.

This is the Yanks Abroad board, and some of the people here are interested in following Yanks Abroad, and watching football matches in general.

Absolute truth in this and legit.

Of course no one watches the guys I mentioned anymore because the fantasy has been destroyed.

Anyone who can watch the teams and guys I mentioned deserve a medal, or are heavy drinkers.:D

I've been following Green until this last game I missed.

And I missed it due to personal reasons.

Wow. Kudos to you and I hope those reasons aren’t serious.

I just can’t do it. Brutal. Much rather watch the younger, less glamorous guys to see what’s up.

Timothy Tillman plays for the same team, and is a better, younger player with more upside (at least he was better in '21-22 season). However, if it's a USMNT motivation that has you watching - both may be somewhat below the cut line barring improvement.

As a heavy drinker, I'll pass on the medal, but if you're buying the booze, it would be rude of me to refuse . . . ;)

Green's club peak were a series of friendlies he player for Bayern in the summer of 2016, which included a hat-trick against Inter in a 4-1 win. Julian has always been awesome in friendlies.

The reason I keep following this guy is because he has a good brain. He could be a playmaker, but he's too light on the ball, easy to push off.

We lack playmakers. In case someone has not noticed.

Notice here at 1:22 for example:

Green is placed back, so he can grab a rebound and make the pass, because he is good at it. That is typical with set pieces.

The goal was a nice header, first goal scored with a header by Green in 3 years.

Julian Green starts again. Legit chance to exit the relegation zone against Jahn Regensburg. Tillman on the bench.

They got lucky, Rostov got a red and played the last minutes with 10, and it ended 2-2. They not only scored with 10 (Malone PK), but dominated. And Fürth lost at home against another bottom-half of the table club.

Starts today, but the two yanks are pulled at the half with a two goal deficit.

    Scored in a friendly:

Seems to have missed a PK:

In the 83rd minute, SpVgg Greuther Fürth struck again and - after a well-played attack by Dickson Abiama - scored the 2-1 lead. Substitute David Udogu almost rewarded himself with the 2-2 equalizer for Oberbayern, but the young Schanzer failed with his header at the Fürth keeper (89th). In the last minute of the game (90th), the clover leaves put the lid on and took a 3-1 lead through Green, who had previously failed at the penalty spot. In the end, it should stay at this score.

ETA: In the 58th minute it was time to hold your breath: After a Schanzer foul inside the penalty area, the referee awarded the SpVgg a penalty, which had to be repeated. However, Julian Green's second attempt went wide to the left of the goal.
