For some reason this game is starting at 14:00 UK time on Sunday, I'm sorry I don't know what hour that is in America.

Convey has what is described as a slight knee injury. He is expected to retain his starting position.

For anyone not familar with Reading-Hammers recent history, this game is a fairly big deal for Reading supporters (not all of them). hammer's manager Pardew was managing Reading, they were in second place in Oct, when West ham came calling. The reading owner wouldn't let him leave for a while, it was a huge spat, he left, then a year later got west ham promoted. Reading slumped badly after he left, under new manager coppell, finished just outside playoffs that season and the next, then set a points record for a single season in the next, also earning promotion (which reading fans felt they were on track for under pards.
The players don't care, they all like pards. But the fans will chant a bit, and should make for a good road atmosphere.

We got heart and we got Seol . Just like the Sheffield game, Reading take a very early lead.

Spector with a shot on goal. Hahnemann catches it.

Looking at the video clip, it was all Seol. Of course, the BBC gave Convey an assist.

Great strike. Of course, if you looked only at the clips of the two managers, you would have no idea which team had just gone up...SC looks positively pained...

Convey basically had nothing to do with it. He touched a free-kick to the side.

According to soccernet, Hahnemann has 8 saves in 55 minutes, Carroll none.
