Wasn't he used up front at times last season? Will that continue or will he be back on the left hand side? (Unless of course, he never played up front, in which case disregard all this).
He was used up front a number of times`as a recessed striker to run at the defense. Kaiserslautern picked up a number of strikers over the summer. He will move back to the left side.
Thanks for the info, and any updates on his performances would definitely be welcome. He's one of the few players in Canada's player pool with the confidence to run at defenders, so hopefully he can stay fit and get himself back in the reckoning for Canada.
Josh Simpson will play today in a Kaiserslautern Reserve match. First game since he broke his foot in May.
