He is aggressive but not super fast, so when he misses a play he can be burned quite easily. Happened a lot at GB this year. IMO a lot of this will go away as he learns to be smarter, but yeah, that‘s a major weak spot right now.
Liverpool are negotiating with Benfica and United are hovering. The sum Benfica are demanding - not asking - from bidders? 85 million. That's sterling, not Euros or USD. It's about 10 million pounds more than they paid for Van Dijk. And he's not exactly the star of this Uruguay team.
Scally has a lot of growth to do. I can only see him as an emergency replacement on the left, where we got no options after ARob.

Good job by Scally at 120'. (46' on game clock, 2nd half) He seemed to tire at the very end of first half but as I was watching 2nd half I think he had probably tightened up because he wasn't opening the throttle all the way in the second half. From FH I gather his speed is about 95%+ back to normal. He was playing on the right. They were working on getting passing out of the back from the rcb because it's a new guy there and it wasnt' working all that well. I still prefer Scally on the left as an inverted lb but I think his club will play him on right.
