    Another game and one more win for everyone"s favorite manager. Do you guys realize that it has been over 7 hrs of playing time since the last goal that chelsea surrendered. By the way Peter Czech is a awesome goalie. Steven Gerrard is a monster in the midfield

    Cech is up there as far as one of the top goalies in the world, perhaps Buffon might be a little better, but no one else comes close I don't think!

    Yep...he is the most complete player in the world today. Maybe not the fanciest, but he does everything very very well, much like a Deco or Lampard, but slightly better.

    agreed, although Gerrard eventually might become a better player if Mourinho gets his wish and Chelsea signs him...

    Yep, but you cant be considered the best player in the world if you´re playing in a subtop EPL club.

    Same level, why not? The only barrier he has to become a worldwide recognition is actually his team. If he was in MU/Gunners or with the Blues, he would be listed way among those names.
    BTW, do you have any doubt Mourinho would rather see him on his side, rather than on his rivals? Lets face it, Tiago has not enough arguments to be on Chelski's eleven. If Mr Abramovish spent 10M€ on a spoiled Portuguese with 0 minutes on Euro 04, what would he INVEST on the player that was ,IMO, the best player in the famous Portugal - England clash this summer.

    Regarding the Thread, once again Mourinho has able to pull a rabitt from his hat. This Anfield win was just in some way, similar to the one early this week. He gave a chance to JOE COLE:
    20 minutes with Portsmouth, 1 assist, one goal;
    15 minutes with the beatles, his effort gave a corner and the he was awarded with the goal from it.

    Knowing Joey was never an option to Mourinho in almost all the previous 20 games, Mourinho's statements to his own trainig application some time ago and now, suddently, making 2 consecutive and effective apperances on this critical time of the season, makes you wonder if this was not already planned.... :rolleyes:
    hm... have just I answered the thread? ;)

    Mourinho's players are always the best..... ;)
    They are both very good and very similar. I've watched both and prefer Gerrard....Just my opinion. And I think in another year or two it will become more apparent that Gerrard is better.

    mourinho wants to prove that he is a dominate coach he wont take it any other way. he is leading chelsea to the promise land and soon will get the respect he deserves the only problem is hes to narcassitic sometimes and will eventually make him a love or hate him coach. respect goes along way but for mourinho in his 1st year hes doing an outstanding job.

    Mourinho will have a tough test at home vs Middelsbrough he team has the flu and they will have to come up big tommarow. Arsenal and Manchester United do not look like they will lose any time soon as well.
