    Like I mentioned in the Canadian thread. If David has Haitan citizenship he would not take up one of Lille's non EU slots because of the Cotonou agreement.

    I think him and Weah will play well together. Both will stretch out defenses.

    I think the most underrated part of Weah's game is how intelligent his off the ball movement and runs are... A defense having to account for the speed the package brings is going to give Weah more channels to make those runs.

    It’s nice to see talented Canadian players staying home instead of playing for England/Netherlands. I wouldn’t have been opposed to having one of the more talented young attackers in Europe repping the US, but it is what it is.
