Goodson did the exact same thing on the first goal, except he wasn't even trying to do Bobby's job- he was just watching Bobby do his job while Twellman stood ther on the 6 waiting for the cross. And Vanney has never made a mistake, right?
Jolley's been in the league for how long???? This is Goodson's 2nd year but first playing sig minutes. Not saying either is right, but both are certainly wrong. I guess I was excited to see Steve get some playing time, but I have been very unimpressed with his character and placement in both matches and that positioning on the goal was unexcusable for a veteran! Vanney...mistakes...sure. Just not soooooo obvious and at such a poor time.
Jolley's been around for quite awhile Che. I believe Jolley began his run at MLS with the Metrostars.....
