well...there a total of 6 games and 18 points. Sweeping Rosenberg will give them 6, and then spliting between Inter and Lyon will give them 6 more, probably what they need to advance. But I don't know if it is a MUST win...they just need 2 victories from Inter and Lyon, any way then get it. But the fact that it is at home probably creates a lot more pressure for Ajax.
A rosenberg sweep is harldy a certainty. They're down a bit, but they've been tough in CL lately. If Ajax is going to advance, this almost is a must win. Also nice to get inter before they find their form.
It's their first CL game in a while. I would feel much more confident against Lyon than Inter. It's a young squad and they need confidence to perform at this level. IMHO, I still think that it is a must win.
RBK has actually been on pretty good form of late and have (unfortunately) snuck out ahead of Lyn, although a stupid tie (eye on CL perhaps) last week has 'em up only by one. They were not sharp at all at the beginning of the Norwegian series but have come on pretty well of late. I wouldn't say a sweep of RBK is a certainty--Trondheim is a tough place to play and the stadium just gets bigger and louder every year. That being said, they are the weakest they have been in many years.

Matchtracker indicates a lot of Lyon pressure in the first 10 minutes of the second half. Anderson claimed a penalty in the 49th minute.
