Chelsea is in shambles right now and is a big gamble, United or Arsenal would be much better environments I think. Although it is just a loan, if he flops he'll justify the criticisms towards him

He's gonna flop... You know who I am impressed with? Fabio Vieira! Underrated.

From anyone else I would really consider the comment . From you I take it as wishful thought . This is going to be the true test for this player . No more excuses. He will get chance to play with much more freedom than he had before . Let’s see how he handles it . I wish him well, our NT needs him to do well

I hope he does well but the context of Chelsea atm is not promising.

Lol completely forgot about Vieira, he's gotta think hard about where he's at cuz the depth in midfield for the NT is crazy

More freedom and way more physicality. Dude better go the Lionel Messi route and start taking the HGH.

For sure he is going to have to man up a bit but there are plenty of cases of smaller players doing well in the EPL .

And those players are usually speedy, which Felix isn't. But I'm glad he's going to a real league. If he succeeds there, then that will be great for his development.

They should use him as a winger, not AM. They will eat him alive.

His value is as a #10 or false 9. He's not winger. We saw that at the WC. No speed.

So Felix signs an extension with Atleti until 2027 then goes to Chelsea on loan.

    Who's managing this kid?

What talent? You got all that from one season at Benfica in league that's fixed for them? Genuinely curious why people slob this dude. I don't see it

He played better then Bruno Fernandes and Bernardo Silva and even played better then glorious Palhinha at the WC.

He has scored more goals then Silva and 5 less then Fernandes from 2019 in a reserve role.

    That is why.

BTW Fernandes and Silva would warm the bench in Spain Too.

im a manutd fan (ha ha i know) but i think out of all the teams he's been linked to Chelsea was the worst possible fit. gonna be interesting to see how he's going to adapt to the English game. i think arsenal was the perfect fit for him with the way they have been playing lately and that's coming from an arsenal hater. manutd would of been a much better fit as well.... time will tell, as someone mentioned above who ever is managing this kid is clearly a donkey.... you made him sign a athletico extension? the owners must have told him that simeone is on his way out.

Relax, Felix is only going to Chelsea for a few months. He will play about 20 games and then return to Atletico (who will have a new manager by then). Once he returns, he will either stay at Atletico or be sold.

No idea why people hate on Felix. I'm beginning to think his haters are just overweight and wish they can have his fast metabolism.

Stop hating on people just for being fit and go hit the gym.

Someone please correct me but this extension gives AM some room for FFP. Pretty sure AM says to Felix, we will let you on loan but you got to do something for us….

But Arsenal have Vieira at AM.... Felix could do well but I doubt it. Manchester United would be ideal.

If he had stayed in Portugal until he was 21-22 he would be playing in Read Madrid or Barcelona. Now at 23 he has 2-3 years to make a huge impact before he ends up being another Quaresma (if that). Someone with a lot of natural ability who transferred too young.

Yes very true BUT agents are in a hurry to make their money and put shit in the players heads . Happens all the time .
