linked with M. United The links to Jhon Lucumí have me over the moon. Bologna has been incredible this season, sitting 5th in Serie A and the Colombian's spectacular form is a huge reason for this. - Left footed.- Excellent passing ability, intelligence and composure. One of the more progressive… pic.twitter.com/TjiSPUHH8R— July Rivers 🇨🇴 (@julyrivers95) February 22, 2024 United signing Jhon Lucumi would be an amazing signing, signifying a potential focus on improving the technical floor of the backline. His ability to play balls through the lines is absurd, the same goes for his switches, and his channel defending is sneakily good. The only flaw… pic.twitter.com/XHtWKOlzxq— Max🇳🇬🇺🇸 (@the_art_of_7) February 22, 2024
He's really good. Massive in Bologna's win over Atalanta today. I kept getting so frustrated by La Dea not scoring only to see that it was Lucumi making ridiculous tackle after tackle.
so im watching Bologna play Inter and Lucumi is playing, one thing I want to point out is this guy is freaking quick, and he is really raising his game this season. Still makes occasional mistakes on the ball but his recovery speed is very impressive and this against top players like Marcus Thuram. other thing is Bologna's backline is looking fluid, sometimes Lucumi will shift to the right and drop a bit into midfield momentarily, swapping with one of the midfielders Lucumi originally started off as a full back at Deportivo Cali, I still remember his game against Boca Juniors in a Copa Libertadores game
yea doing great. He stopped 3-4 attacks in like 5 minutes when Bologna just would makes some idiotic plays wish we could attack with our 2 Cbs like Inter does. Love how Inter playing this season
Watching Bologna's game at Frosinone, it's half-time (0-0) and how say that... The way of playing of Lucumi is near of perfection. What a player he became !
He has developed nicely. Always had good potential but this cycle he is playing even better. I think playing in Italy has something to do with polishing up his game but the talent and even leadership qualities has always been there.
🚨🔴🔵 59 years later, Italian side Bologna are back to Champions League after fantastic season!Excellent work by Thiago Motta, club, board and wonderful team. 🇪🇺 pic.twitter.com/ra0pjcgrM9— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) May 12, 2024
Motta is heading to Juve. Wonder how this plays out for Jhon. There's constant rumors of him going to bigger teams. Maybe this is more incentive to leave now that his manager is gone.
interesting since PSG, Man U and other teams wanted him. Being a former inter player hurts to see him at that Rats nest is the rumors are true
Is his leg getting amputated or he is fine so they didn’t even mention it Way he came out he seemed really angry like the injury was really bad
